home theater system

A few days ago my husband and I were talking about ordering a new home theater system. I'd found one for a great price at Value Smart Mart whose online store can be found by visiting http://www.valuesmartmart.com/ and we'd been talking about replacing our home theater system for quite some time so thought that now may be a good time to do so. The only thing is, our current home theater system is still in working perfect order, and I'm not one to want to get rid of something that works just fine, only because I want a newer version. I mentioned this to my husband, and asked him what he thought we should do with our current home theater system since it was still in perfect shape. He suggested that we call our son and ask him if he'd like the home theater system, since after all, he'd just moved into his first apartment several months back and really didn't have money for extra things like a home theater.

We had given him a new LCD TV when he moved so that he would at least have television, and he mentioned that he would eventually like to get a home theater system, but also said it would be a long time before he could afford one. My husband picked up the phone right away and called him but he wasn't home. He tried his cell and he answered on the first ring. He was just getting out of his car and headed inside his apartment. My husband asked him what he thought of having the home theater system, and he thought it was a great idea. The first thing he wanted to know was when he could come pick up the home theater system and we told him that we'd have to order our new one first. While he had our son on the phone, I went ahead and placed the order and we told our son it would be at least a week before our new home theater system arrived. He was excited and immediately started making plans to invite some of his friends over for a movie night. I also told him if he'd keep me posted as to when he was planning on having the movie night that I could make his favorite chocolate cake and drop it off so they would have something good to munch on that evening while watching the home theater system. He said he couldn't resist my chocolate cake, but didn't know if he wanted to share it, so I told him he didn't have to.
